A thought that suddenly came to me while watching a movie
Why do Westerners have high noses..
I wondered why people from Africa or Southeast Asia have low noses..
Southeast Asia has a hot climate and lots of rain..
So the roofs of houses have long, wide eaves..
It's to prepare for rain..
The eaves are wide so that rain doesn't come inside even when it's driven sideways
Windows are placed so that air circulates well from the entrance to the backyard..
The main beams and such must have been built that way so they don't rot from moisture..
On the other hand..
Looking at Europe, especially Northern Europe with high noses..
Most houses have pointed roofs..
Because there's lots of snow, if the roof is wide, it collapses from the weight of snow..

It's wisdom of life..
I think I now understand why Northern Europeans' noses are particularly high and their nostrils are small..
