I moved three years ago..
I moved on February 12th,
but the contract for my old house was until the end of February...
I lived there for 12 years..
According to the contract, I could still occupy my old house,
but I had already told the landlord that I would move out early...
Shortly after moving...
The landlord contacted me..
He said he would return the deposit if I paid the electricity bill and management fee for January...
So I thought about it..
I lived there until February 12th..
The electricity, water, and management fees for February will come out in March,
so I replied...
'You don't have to hurry. Since I moved on February 12th, please calculate the remaining electricity bill and management fee after they come out in March and then return the deposit.'
When I woke up this morning and checked WA..
He said it was okay..
He replied that he would just return it.
And then...
Without any complaints or anything, I received my full deposit back.
My wife said,
'The landlord is so nice..
There are quite a few landlords who make excuses and try to deduct the deposit for repairs.'
So I said one thing...
'The landlord is good, but the tenant is also incredibly good...'
Of course, the tenant here refers to me.
People are not saints like Jesus or Buddha..
Interaction is important,
I think one-sidedness is rare.
Of course, there are many unscrupulous landlords regardless of the tenant,
but I think the reason why the landlord was able to finish things so neatly is because
he could tell how the tenant had behaved until then(?)
I'm that kind of person..
With a face like a sculpture and possessing the greatest intellect of the 21st century,
I have the magical personality to make the other person, whether it's a journalist or a landlord, able to finish things neatly.
That's who I am..
That's the kind of person I am.
