I've mentioned this before
I used to have a nickname that was 'dog'...
Not just 'dog'...
If my name is Wolljang...I was called 'dog-wolljang'...
I'm not sure of the exact reason
I guess I did a lot of foolish things...
When I go to Korea and meet friends after a long time
That's right...
Wow...how come you haven't changed from back then till now...?
People say that if people change, they die...
I seem to be the type that doesn't change much
So I think I'll live for a long time...
In Indonesia too, there are people I meet after a long time
They all say the same thing...
That I haven't changed...not that my face hasn't changed...
It's probably about the things I do and how I dress...
I always wear slippers...simple t-shirt and shorts...
I dress kind of like a one-outfit gentleman (?)...
But there is something that has changed...
When I worked at my first company...
I managed employees almost like friends...
I would go to their rental rooms and sleep together...
We would go fishing together...
I would take them to Korean restaurants and buy them meals...
Always joking and playing around...
The boss told me...
It seems you don't know much since you haven't been in Indonesia long...
Indonesian people...if you do like you're doing now, they won't listen to you later...
But...
They listened well even until I quit the company...
There are still some friends who contact me...
But...
When I entered my second company...
It was an industry I had never dealt with before...
Also...the company was old...there were quite a few established people...
I worked hard...
At this company, I didn't make any jokes or pranks during work...
I'm not sure why...
Now that I think about it...
Since I was trying to settle in a place with established territorial sentiment
I think I decided to separate work and leisure first...
During work, just work hard...I need to show sincerity toward work so employees will follow...kind of that feeling...?
But I didn't get angry or anything like that...
I've never liked getting angry...
Now I'm working at my third company...
I've changed a bit now...
Like my second company, this is also an industry I'm dealing with for the first time...
The company is over 20 years old...and there are many established people...
But at this company, I think I've gained a bit more leeway...
When doing meetings and such...I often throw in jokes...
I judged that you can't get good results in a rigid atmosphere...and I did...
I'm putting it into practice...
But...
Other than that, I still don't make personal comments, jokes, or pranks...
Although I haven't lived long
Based on my experience, being too frivolous doesn't work...
Being too serious also seems unlucky...
So I'm dealing with employees by appropriately balancing the two...
When I write, I also seem to write with a similar emotional tone...
Sometimes I make jokes...
Sometimes I write dry posts...
Who knows...
I wonder how I'll have changed in about 10 years...
