The development of the Nusantara Capital City (IKN) will cost Rp 48.8 trillion from the State Budget (APBN) for the period 2025-2029. The funds are allocated for three stages of development, namely connectivity, office buildings, and vertical housing. In addition to the APBN, the development of IKN also utilizes a KPBU scheme worth Rp 134.22 trillion and private investment of Rp 74.54 trillion. Private investors such as PT Dejem Nusantara Development and PT Starbright International Investment will build malls, residences, and other commercial facilities in IKN. The development of IKN is expected to be completed by 2029.
