I've been developing for over 20 years... and I can't help but think about the past.
In the past, language-specific communities were active, but recently it seems that many developer communities have disappeared.
When the internet was becoming widespread, my main language was VB. There were many sites like Devpia, SQLER, Toz, AikoDa, and OkJSP, but now they're almost gone.
Where do developers exchange opinions these days? Where do they get advice on code that they can't solve...
They say AI is taking over the role of mentors, but... in the end, AI learns from information on blogs and community forums. If those communities disappear, who will teach us in the future?

It's a sad reality...
No matter how difficult it is to stay in the development field for 10 years, C++ is collapsing and being revived by C#, but most of Java, Python, or there are hardly any jobs. Isn't this what's happening?
OkJSP isn't the same as before, and it feels too commercial...
I thought about it and tried to find and organize existing developer communities.

It's unclear whether they are still active, but it seems like many have shifted to SNS platforms.
