I discovered it while searching the internet..

I excerpted one of the posts by the person who created 농크롱..

Started with the ambition to reach portal-size

and I'm trying to run to the end of that ambition.

For me, coincidentally,

someone invited me through a Band 1:1 message window and I entered..

Perhaps because it's still in its early stages, the user IDs of those posting

are mostly familiar..

I got a job through that site

and it was very helpful to me..

the reason I stopped going..

[KR] ^^ 아마도 제가 블로그에 농끄롱 커뮤니티에 대해서 올린 글을 보신거 같네요. "일치월장"님께서 우려하시는 부분이 제가 바로 기성 사이트에서 염증을 느꼈던 부분일 것이라 추측됩니다. 수익을 바라지 않는다면 거짓말이겠지요... 하지만 그 수익을 바라고 시작한 커뮤니티가 아닌만큼 초심은 절대 잃지 않을 것 입니다. 농끄롱 커뮤니티에서 글쓰기에 제약을 앞으로 둘 곳은 "직접홍보" 뿐입니다. 도배글로 게시판이 망가지는 것을 방지 하기 위해서 다른 게시판에 글을 씀으로서 포인트를 얻고, 그 포인트로 "직접홍보"에 글을 쓸 수 있는 구조를 말씀 드리는 것 입니다. 처음에도 그랬고(지금이 처음이지만...) 앞으로도 그럴 것 입니다. 표현의 자유를 누리는데 어떤 제약이 따른다면 그것은 커뮤니티가 아닌 개인 블로그겠죠. 푸드트럭 행사를 진행하는 분께서 그러시더라구요... 타 커뮤니티에서 글삭제 당하고 "입틀막" 당하는 이유가 광고주들의 눈치를 보기 때문에 그런거다 라는 과거의 경험을 말씀해 주시더라구요. 그래서 저는 당당하게 말씀 드렸습니다. "저희는 광고를 받고 있지 않아서 그런지 그런 눈치 안봅니다." 개인적 정치성향과는 별개로 선긋기, 갈라치기, 욕설 등이 아니라면 어느쪽의 이야기도 할 수 있는 그런 공간을 만들고 싶습니다. 저희 농끄롱은 시스템 기획/개발을 제가 담당하고 있고 운영기획 한분과 마케팅... 그렇게 총 3명이 합심해서 운영되고 있습니다. 현재까지 모든 운영비용도 다 자기부담으로 하고 있죠. 기성 인니 커뮤니티의 염증에서 시작된 만큼 우려하시는 일은 최소한 제 상식선에서는 일어나지 않을 것 입니다. 우려의 말씀 깊이 새기고 초심을 잃지 않는 농끄롱 운영팀이 되도록 하겠습니다. 감사합니다.

To prevent the forum from being destroyed by spam posts, we have a system where users earn points by posting in other sections, and can then use those points to post in "direct promotion." It was like this from the beginning (even though this is just the start...) and it will remain this way. If there are restrictions on enjoying freedom of expression, then it's not a community but a personal blog. A person running a food truck event told me something... they shared their past experience of how posts get deleted and people get "silenced" in other communities because they're worried about what advertisers think. So I confidently told them: "We don't worry about that kind of thing because we don't accept ads." Regardless of personal political leanings, I want to create a space where people can share perspectives from any side, as long as it doesn't involve drawing lines, creating divisions, or using profanity. Our Nongkkeuleong is run by three people working together—I'm handling system planning and development, with one person on operations planning and another on marketing. So far, we're covering all operating costs out of our own pockets. Since we started from frustration with established Indonesian communities, the concerns you've raised won't happen, at least not by my standards. I will take your concerns to heart and make sure the Nongkkeuleong team doesn't lose its original spirit. Thank you.

Saya menduga bahwa kekhawatiran yang Anda sampaikan adalah bagian yang membuat saya merasa jengah dengan situs-situs yang sudah ada. Tentu saja akan berbohong jika saya mengatakan tidak menginginkan pendapatan... Namun karena komunitas ini tidak dimulai dengan harapan mendapatkan pendapatan, kami pasti tidak akan kehilangan niat awal kami. Satu-satunya tempat di mana kami akan membatasi penulisan di komunitas Nonggeulongeul adalah di bagian "promosi langsung". [KR] 포털의 욕심이란 개발자의 입장으로 기능적으로 포털 못지 않게 잘 만들겠다는 다짐 아닐까요?ㅋ (기능적으로 업데이트를 매일 하시더라구요, 쪽지보내기, 알림 등등) 인도네시아 한인 대상으로 하는 커뮤니티는 절대적인 사용자 수가 적고 돈만을 바라 보고 했다면 시작도 안 했을겁니다. 하물며 농끄롱 같이 오픈 커뮤니티를요. 개발자의 입장이 아닌 사용자의 입장으로 봤을땐 베트남 호주 미국 다른 나라의 한인 커뮤니티보다 좋은 커뮤니티를 만들기 위해서는 기능적인 부분보다 좋은 사람들이 모이고 그 속의 컨텐츠 즉 글의 내용이 더 중요한거 같아요. 좋은 사람들 좋은 내용들로 가득 차서 농끄롱이 인도네시아 삶에 조금이나마 위안이 되면 좋겠습니다. 화이팅!

From a user's perspective rather than a developer's standpoint, to create a better community than Korean communities in Vietnam, Australia, the United States, and other countries, I think what matters more than functional aspects is having good people gather and the quality of their content—the substance of their posts. [ID] Bukankah ambisi portal adalah komitmen untuk membuat sesuatu yang berfungsi sebaik portal? ㅋ (Saya lihat Anda melakukan pembaruan fitur setiap hari, pengiriman pesan, notifikasi, dan sebagainya) Komunitas yang menargetkan orang-orang Korea di Indonesia memiliki jumlah pengguna yang sangat terbatas dan jika hanya fokus pada uang, kami tidak akan pernah memulai. Apalagi komunitas terbuka seperti Nongkrong. Ketika dilihat dari perspektif pengguna bukan pengembang, untuk membuat komunitas yang lebih baik daripada komunitas-komunitas Korea di Vietnam, Australia, Amerika, dan negara-negara lain, sepertinya yang lebih penting daripada fitur-fitur fungsional adalah bahwa orang-orang baik berkumpul dan konten berkualitas di dalamnya, yaitu isi postingan. Saya berharap Nongkrong penuh dengan orang-orang baik dan konten-konten berkualitas, dan menjadi sedikit penghiburan dalam kehidupan di Indonesia. 화이팅!
