2차 종합특검팀이 김종욱 전 해양경찰청장과 안성식 전 해경 기획조정관을 내란 부화수행 및 직권남용 혐의로 구속영장을 청구했습니다. 안 전 조정관은 계엄 선포 이후 해경의 자동 편제를 위한 내부 규정 변경, 합수부 파견 인력 증원 등 계엄 가담 행위를 주도했다는 의혹을 받고 있습니다. 김 전 청장 또한 안 전 조정관의 행위를 묵인하고 연락관 파견을 지시했습니다. 이들은 내란특검팀이 불기소 처분한 사건임에도 종합특검팀의 재기 수사 결과 구속영장이 청구되었습니다. 3일 이종록 부장판사가 영장실질심사를 진행할 예정입니다.

The second comprehensive special investigation team requested an arrest warrant for Kim Jong-wook, former commissioner of the Korea Coast Guard, and Ahn Seong-sik, former planning and coordination officer of the Coast Guard, on charges of attempting a coup and abuse of power. Ahn is suspected of leading actions to participate in martial law, such as changing internal regulations for the automatic organization of the Coast Guard after the declaration of martial law and increasing the number of personnel dispatched to the Combined Forces Command. Kim is also accused of acquiescing to Ahn's actions and directing the dispatch of liaison officers. Although the Internal Investigation Team had decided not to prosecute the case, an arrest warrant was requested as a result of the comprehensive special investigation team's re-investigation. Presiding Judge Lee Jong-rok will conduct a substantive review of the warrant on the 3rd.
