The cause of death for American actor Hayden Panettiere (36) has been determined to be accidental overdose from drugs including fentanyl. An autopsy revealed that in addition to fentanyl, various other drugs were detected, including anti-anxiety medications, muscle relaxants, and bipolar disorder treatments. Panettiere had previously exposed her ex-boyfriend's violence. While she was with her boyfriend at the time of death, there were no signs of trauma, so criminal charges have not been filed. Shortly before her death, Panettiere revealed in her memoir Hollywood child star drug addiction and sexual assault, leading to various suspicions. However, Panettiere's representatives warned against gossip and speculation exploiting her death.
