Mr. A stole preliminary test papers from a middle school in Sasang-gu, Busan, twice in March and April, and identified the correct answers using Google's AI service. The court ruled that Mr. A's crime was serious because it violated equal opportunity and caused despair to competitors. Mr. A attempted to compensate the victims 100,000 won each, but they refused to accept it, so it was not reflected in the sentence. As a result, Mr. A was sentenced to six months in prison, one year of probation, and 80 hours of community service.
