The Ulsan District Court sentenced Mr. A, a 30-year-old who had drunk driving five times in two months, to two years in prison. From July to September last year, Mr. A drove several times with a blood alcohol concentration exceeding 0.08%, and among them was a case where he drove under the influence of alcohol even on his way to the police station for investigation. The court judged that Mr. A lacked legal consciousness and had a high possibility of recidivism, and handed down a severe punishment.
