On September 4th, the eve of the 2026 World Fireworks Festival was held along the Han River near Yeouinaru Station in Seoul. Citizens enjoyed a 20-minute 'preview' fireworks display and drone show. As many citizens were expected to secure spots for the main festival the following day, the Seoul Metropolitan Government announced plans to remove blankets set up before noon. Eve festival attendees spent time looking forward to the festival the next day while enjoying the fireworks.
