Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Commander-in-Chief Ahmad Vahidi condemned the US airstrike on a wedding hall in Khuzestan, Iran as terrorism and vowed strong retaliation. The airstrike killed at least five people and injured 67 others, including a six-year-old boy. Commander Vahidi denounced the attack as an evil act aimed at depriving Iranian citizens of their joy and instilling fear among innocent civilians. He warned that the blood of the victims would not be shed in vain and that the US would be held accountable for its crimes.
