Recently, two incidents occurred where civilian aircraft violated temporary flight restricted zones above events attended by US President Donald Trump. The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) dispatched F-16 fighter jets and fired flares to divert the civilian aircraft out of the restricted zone. These incidents have drawn more attention as President Trump faces assassination threats from Iran and other countries. The US administration is taking thorough security measures for President Trump's safety, and recently, vehicles equipped with Stinger man-portable air-defense systems (MANPADS) have been deployed near President Trump.
