Heavy snowfall in the Seoul metropolitan area caused disruptions to flights across the country on the 27th. A total of 12 flights were cancelled and 38 flights were delayed at airports nationwide including Gimpo, Jeju, and Gimhae. At Incheon Airport, one flight was cancelled and ten flights were delayed. De-icing work on aircraft and runway snow removal operations are taking time, prompting schedule adjustments. As heavy snow is expected to continue until the morning of the 28th, the number of cancelled and delayed flights is likely to increase further.
