Abuse of power is when someone in a position of power takes advantage of that power to treat others unfairly, and it manifests in various forms such as workplace bullying and discrimination against non-regular workers. Abuse of power often occurs in places with strong hierarchies and high workloads, such as hospitals and news organizations. Moreover, cases of abuse of power are emerging as serious problems throughout society, such as parents' demands that their children not solve difficult problems during class time or cases of military mothers harassing platoon leaders. Abuse of power can lead to depression, resignation from the company, and even suicide for the victims, and it is likely to occur when the balance of power is broken within organizations, social relationships, and within the nation. To solve this problem, it is necessary to establish a solid related system and maintain a balance of power.
