Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang topped Glassdoor's list of "Top 50 CEOs in 2026" with a 99% approval rating, as voted by employees. Nvidia employees described Huang as a "dynamic and authentic leader" and "a visionary true leader." In the IT sector, ServiceNow's Bill McDermott (13th), Bloomberg's Vlad Kliatchko (35th), and Apple's Tim Cook (37th) also made the list. Glassdoor revealed that employee ratings for senior management overall have hit a five-year low recently. Nvidia also secured the 3rd spot on Glassdoor's "Best Places to Work" ranking, showcasing its excellent corporate culture.
