Recent research shows that although many companies have been using artificial intelligence (AI), its benefits for boosting productivity haven't been significant yet. Around two-thirds of CEOs and company executives say they are already using AI, but the average usage is still limited. Nearly 90 percent of companies state that AI hasn't had a meaningful impact on productivity or workforce numbers in the last three years. Nevertheless, company leaders remain optimistic that AI will demonstrate its benefits in the coming years. This phenomenon is similar to "Solow's Paradox" where the impact of computer technology on productivity wasn't immediately apparent at first.
