Entertainment agency CEO Cha Ga-won of One Hundred Label has been sought for an arrest warrant on charges of fraud under the Act on Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes. Cha is accused of receiving 24.2 billion won in advance payments from Nomus Corporation, claiming to be conducting a business using intellectual property rights of entertainers affiliated with his agency, but he did not actually carry out the business. Police suspect that Cha concealed the existence of contracts with other companies and entered into double contracts. During the third arrest warrant application process, additional investigations were conducted in consultation with the prosecution. As a result of further investigation, it was found that despite having a large amount of debt, Cha started an entertainment agency and attempted to evade repayment by splitting contracts.
