In particular, he plans to provide housing space for young people through "Kim Yoon-duk-style supply" by utilizing vacant commercial spaces and offices. To encourage private housing supply, it is also considering simplifying the licensing process and converting knowledge industry centers into residential buildings, but it is taking a cautious stance on increasing the floor area ratio of private redevelopment projects. While sympathizing with the construction industry's demand for financial support, it is seeking solutions in consultation with the Financial Services Commission.
