Even after Representative Jang Dong-hyeok of People Power Party and others agreed on the entry of sports organizations into the Handball Gymnasium, Ms. A insisted that procedures for preserving ballots and ballot boxes should be followed, and she kept the door closed for about two hours. Police also applied for arrest warrants for one man in his 30s accused of illegally searching the Handball Gymnasium on July 8th, and three men in their 20s accused of obstructing public officials' duties by verbally abusing a police officer with "Chinese police" on June 3rd.
