Following the issuance of an arrest warrant for President Yoon Suk-yeol, his supporters stormed the Seoul Western District Court and vandalized the courthouse building. Police view this incident as a serious challenge to the rule of law and announced that they will pursue arrest detention investigations against all lawbreakers, including the ringleaders. Additionally, police emphasized that they will respond strictly to any illegal and violent rallies that may occur in the future, regardless of the group involved, in accordance with the law and principles. So far, police have apprehended and are investigating 86 individuals for collective illegal activities that occurred over two days in front of the Western District Court.
