An American YouTuber couple bought a prefab house from China through the Alibaba platform. The house was shipped in modules and assembled at the destination site in about one day. The total cost of the project was around Rp 516 million, including the price of the house, shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and other expenses. Prefab houses are becoming increasingly popular due to their shorter construction time compared to conventional houses. Chinese manufacturers offer a variety of prefab house models with diverse designs and claims of durability up to 50 years.
