(Seoul=Yonhap News) Reporter Hong Kuk-gi = Han Deok-soo, Acting President and Prime Minister, appointed Lee Wan-kyu, head of the Legislation Office, and Ham Sang-hoon, chief judge of the Seoul High Court, as successors to Moon Hyung-bae, acting Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, and Lee Mi-sun, Constitutional Court Justice, whose terms expire in ten days on April 8.
He also appointed Ma Eun-hyeok as a candidate for Constitutional Court Justice.
In addition, he appointed Ma Yong-ju, a Supreme Court Justice nominee who has completed the process of recommendation by the Chief Justice and approval by the National Assembly, as a Supreme Court Justice.
