Apple has approved a class-action settlement worth $4.47 trillion related to delays in the promised Siri virtual assistant feature. iPhone users in the United States who purchased certain models between June 2024 and March 2025 are eligible to file compensation claims. Seven iPhone models, including the iPhone 15 and 16 series, are included in the claim requirements. The estimated compensation per device is around $447,000, but it could reach a maximum of $1.7 million depending on the number of applicants. Claims can be filed through the official website until December 21, 2026.
