This system summarizes answers to questions about legal knowledge or legal issues in a case by providing similar precedents and related laws. However, there are concerns that generative AI may provide incorrect information. The court explains that while AI results will be referenced, judges will make the final judgment and record the reasons, and that the AI answer itself will not become the basis for the judgment. However, a clear management system for how much AI results are actually utilized in judgments has not yet been established.
