Chairman Ju pointed out Coupang's practice of shifting losses as predatory business conduct, citing the issue of transferring losses from lowest-price sales to suppliers. He also stated that investigations are ongoing into multiple unfair practices by Coupang, including Wow membership discount advertising and coercing delivery app vendors to join the platform. He suggested the possibility of reviewing Chairman Kim Bom-suk's management involvement and potentially changing the designation of related parties.
