Police allege that during her suspension period, the former chairperson appeared on a conservative-leaning YouTube channel and made politically biased remarks, and made statements intended to prevent a Democratic Party candidate from being elected ahead of elections. Lee Jin-suk's side has filed for a legality review of the arrest warrant, arguing it is unjust, and claimed there were problems with the police investigation procedure. Police plan to resume the investigation into the former chairperson tomorrow morning and review whether to request a detention warrant.
