Indonesian President Prabowo has reshuffled his cabinet, replacing five officials including the economy and security ministers, after recent protests over parliamentary privileges have subsided. Notably, Finance Minister Mulyani, who had been targeted by protesters, was replaced by Sadewa, the chairman of the Deposit Insurance Corporation and an economist by background. The newly appointed Finance Minister Sadewa emphasized an economic growth target of 6-7% and noted that protesters will be kept busy searching for jobs. This cabinet reshuffle took place less than a year after President Prabowo took office.
