When I was younger, I was eager for new products and bought them after hearing the voices of early adopters, but after having children and getting busy with life,
there were times when I thought that it was a luxury.
As time passed, most of the things I used habitually were over 10 years old.
I'm still living as an old-fashioned person who hasn't caught up with the times, and I have an old lighter with handprints on it.

You can feel the traces of time in its condition... but it hasn't been working properly for a while.
If I were in Korea, I would have easily found a repair shop and asked for repairs... but living in Indonesia, it was not easy to find such private repair shops,
so I was almost giving up.
Then, by chance, I found someone who repairs St. Dupont Lighters on Instagram and requested a repair.
The reason for the malfunction was that the O-rings were all corroded due to their age.
After replacing three O-rings and performing an overall inspection and cleaning, I received it back... and I think I'll be able to use it for another 10 years.
Not only lighters, but also clothes... laptops that used to make a living... time is something we can't overcome.
The only thing that seems to be overcoming time is my thought that I am overcoming time.
When the time comes when I finally organize all the photos I have saved, I will feel it even more.
When I see my youngest children who are still babies, I can see them growing differently every day... but accordingly, I must be getting older too...
These days, I'm already ugly... I'm scared to look in the mirror. ㅎㅎㅎ
