A passenger ferry, KMP Tunu Pratama Jaya, sank while traveling from Java to Bali in Indonesia, leaving dozens missing. On the evening of the 3rd, the vessel sank just 30 minutes after departure amid rough waves and severe weather conditions. The ferry was carrying 53 passengers, 12 crew members, and 22 vehicles. So far, 23 people have been rescued and 4 have died, while 38 remain missing.
