A woman in her 20s, a Vietnamese international student surnamed B, was murdered in Busan. B was killed by strangulation at the hands of A, a man in his 20s who also attended the same university, after he attempted to rob her of cash at her home. A went to the hospital with injuries sustained during the crime and was subsequently apprehended by police. Police are investigating A's exact motive for the crime and are preparing to apply for an arrest warrant.
