The July Seoul private apartment sale price was 62.09 million won per pyeong, a slight increase from the previous month and the second highest price ever recorded after May. Nationwide, the average sale price fell by 0.56% compared to the previous month, and the metropolitan area fell by 1.47%. On the other hand, the five major metropolitan cities and Sejong City fell by 0.92%, while other provinces rose by 0.72%, showing regional differences. The number of new private apartment sales in July nationwide was 12,800 units, a decrease from the previous month.
