Jeju Island has been experiencing tropical nights, with temperatures above 25 degrees Celsius for over a month now, causing discomfort. In particular, Jeju City has recorded its 4th highest number of consecutive tropical nights since the first occurrence this year, lasting for 35 days. However, the tropical night advisory is expected to be lifted by the 14th as the daily minimum temperature is forecast to be between 24 and 25 degrees Celsius. Nevertheless, it is anticipated that the morning temperature in Jeju Island will remain high at 26-27 degrees Celsius and the daytime temperature at 32-34 degrees Celsius until next week. Therefore, there is a high possibility that the heat wave will continue on Jeju Island.
