The plan is to reduce or exempt disciplinary action for voluntary reporters, and to activate a system for anonymous reporting through lawyers to minimize disadvantages for reporters. In addition, the budget for rewards for reporting internal corruption will be expanded from the current 27 million won to 100 million won to encourage active reporting. Through these efforts, the police aim to strengthen the organization's self-regulation function and enhance transparency.
