The People Power Party criticized President Lee Jae-myung's order to reexamine the ISA restructuring and stock price manipulation prevention bill. Park Sung-hoon, senior spokesperson, pointed out that the president was avoiding responsibility in the policy formulation process and only intended to revise policies after public backlash, calling it "hasty state affairs." He also emphasized that the government had not properly verified the impact and side effects of the policy before its announcement, pointing out problems such as the reduction of ISA benefits and taxation of non-resident single homeowners. Rep. Ahn Cheol-soo also opposed the ISA restructuring and demanded the replacement of those responsible.
