President Lee Jae-myung held a Korea-Brazil Business Roundtable during his state visit to Brazil to promote cooperation between businesses in both countries. Ryu Jin, chairman of the Korea Economic Association, emphasized that Brazil is a leading country in the global supply chain and proposed building a 'one team' by combining Korea's advanced technology with Brazil's resources. Jeong Eui-sun, chairman of Hyundai Motor Group, expressed his will to enter the Brazilian market and announced plans to promote the introduction of hydrogen trucks and cooperation in SMR technology in line with eco-friendly policies. POSCO aims to build a win-win model for both countries by proposing the establishment of a rare earth supply chain in Brazil. A total of seven MOUs were signed at the event, and the Brazilian Vice President emphasized the opening of the beef market and the protection of multilateralism.
