On the 18th afternoon, a K7 sedan parked at the Hwaseong Rest Area on the Seohaean Expressway in Hwaseong City, Gyeonggi Province caught fire. Fire authorities extinguished the fire in 25 minutes, and there were no casualties. The sedan was mostly burned. Police and fire authorities suspect that the fire started in the engine room while the driver and three passengers were inside the rest area, and are investigating the exact cause.
