President Yoon Suk-yeol refused the Corruption Investigation Office's reinvestigation. His side claims health reasons and that his position was sufficiently stated yesterday, refusing to cooperate with the investigation. After his arrest the previous day, President Yoon denied the legitimacy of the emergency martial law and whether he could be charged with insurrection during the CIO investigation. President Yoon is currently detained at Seoul Detention Center and has filed a petition with the court for a detention review questioning the legality of his arrest itself.
