Seoul apartment pre-sale prices declined last month and remained in the 44 million won range per 3.3㎡. According to the Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HUG), Seoul apartment prices per square meter fell 6.6% compared to the previous month. The metropolitan area also declined 3.19%, while five major metropolitan cities and Sejong City fell 1.77%. In contrast, other regions rose 0.97%. Nationwide, apartment pre-sale prices fell 0.95%, but are maintaining a 8.66% increase compared to the same month last year.
