The body of retired Brigadier General Hendra Hendrawan Ostevan was discovered in the waters off Marunda in North Jakarta. According to CCTV footage, his vehicle was confirmed to have arrived at Marunda dock in the early morning of January 9th. The cause of the incident is still under analysis. Hendra, who was 75 years old, was born on October 24, 1949. TNI Headquarters has not disclosed whether it will handle the case directly or turn it over to police. The body was discovered by fisherman RA, who reported it to police.
