3단계 진화 시나리오 가동…현장 곳곳에서 '혁신' 증명
황 센터장에 따르면 삼성전자의 자율 제조 공장은 3단계 계획에 기반을 두고 추진되고 있다.
현장의 혁신 사례는 폭발적인 효율성을 보여주고 있다. 사람이 직접 눈으로 확인해 30초가 소요되던 표면 품질(SMD) 2차 시각 검사는 AI가 판정을 대신해 0.3초 미만으로 단축했다. 6개 법인의 TV 생산라인에선 화질과 외관 데이터를 AI가 분석해 조치하며 매주 112시간의 수작업 비효율을 덜어냈다.
위험하고 번거로운 공정도 대폭 개선했다. 냉장고 컴프레서 밀폐 검사의 경우 전통적인 수조 가압 방식을 벗어났다. 용접 시 발생하는 전류와 전압 신호를 3D 비전 AI가 실시간으로 분석하고 불량을 예측해 가스 누설 검출력을 30% 높였다.
