Job Position and Responsibilities
• Position Title: Head of Sample pattern & commercialization (Senior Manager or Above)
• Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of footwear pattern development and production, ensuring process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Lead and develop the pattern team, fostering collaboration and enhancing overall team performance.
- Work closely with development and production teams to provide technical support and implement quality-driven pattern solutions.
- Develop and apply advanced pattern technologies to enhance product quality and streamline production.
• Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 20 years
- Position Level: Senior Manager or Above
- Age Preference: Under 55
- Nationality: Open to international candidates (Korean preferred)
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Indonesia and at Nike factories.
2.Head of Product Creation Chemical Engineer Role
Job Position and Responsibilities
• Position Title: Senior Chemical Engineer (Senior Manager or Above)
• Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage chemical engineering processes related to footwear manufacturing
- Develop and optimize material formulations to enhance product performance and sustainability
- Lead and mentor the chemical engineering team, ensuring efficient workflow and technical excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and improve production efficiency

- Experience: Minimum of 20 years
- Position Level: Senior Manager or above
