Life in Indonesia... It's better than I thought! 😊

To be honest, I was really worried at first.

The hot weather, traffic jams, unfamiliar environment... I was worried about everything. But as time went by, surprisingly good things started to appear one by one!

The biggest advantage is coffee. Since it's a coffee-producing country, the bean quality is good. The price is also cheap, and it's really nice to start the day with a cup of coffee every morning.

And golf! I couldn't easily challenge it in Korea because of the price, but here I can enjoy it without any burden. If you play a round on a sunny day, your stress will disappear.

The prices are also pretty good. The local food is really delicious and inexpensive, so I'm satisfied, and when I miss Korean food, there are also Korean marts, side dishes, and Korean restaurants, so there's no need to worry.

Also, thanks to the housekeepers and drivers, my life has become much easier. It was awkward at first, but now they are really grateful people. Thanks to them, my daily life has become much more comfortable.

Massage is also one of the good things. It's much cheaper than in Korea, so you can go without any burden, and after receiving it, your body feels completely renewed, which is great!

Traveling to resorts is also really easy. Bali and Lombok are beautiful islands nearby, so you can easily visit them even for a short time. Or, just relaxing by the hotel pool is healing.

Even though the weather is always hot, there are advantages. You don't have to worry about organizing your wardrobe or storing seasonal clothes, which is actually convenient, and it saves on clothing expenses.

These days, thanks to K-content, there is a lot of interest in Koreans, so they treat me more kindly... It seems that adapting was relatively easy.

Of course, I miss Korea sometimes, and there are inconveniences, but overall, it's better than I thought.

I was worried a lot at first, but now I'm quite satisfied with this life.

For those who are considering living in Indonesia, don't worry too much.

You can find most of what you need here (you don't have to bring a lot of stuff when you move. It's all here... just a little more expensive..), and if you adapt, you'll be able to find your own enjoyment. I did too! 😊

If any senior Korean expats have any other good points or experiences, please let me know!

[EN] Let me give you some tips about online shopping. Unlike Korea, online shopping doesn't mean things are cheaper. Store prices and online prices are almost identical, and when you factor in shipping costs, it's often actually more expensive to buy online. However, since there are many cases where you can't purchase offline because you don't know where the stores are, that's when you turn to online shopping. For well-known brand products, just buying at the mall is a better choice in terms of benefits and quality.

[ID] Saya memberikan tips tentang belanja online...
