Samsung Electronics, ‘Galaxy Book6 Series’ Released – Samsung Newsroom Korea
Samsung Electronics released a new 'Galaxy Book6 series' on the 5th (local time) that upgrades both performance and portability.
The Galaxy Book6 series launched this time provides enhanced performance in sound, graphics, and battery life in addition to overwhelming performance and portability.

The Galaxy Book6 series is equipped with Intel's 'Intel Core® Ultra™ Series 3' processor, which is based on the 1.8 nanometer ultra-fine semiconductor process technology (18A).
Through this, it simultaneously improves power efficiency and processing performance, while also providing stable performance in terms of heat control.
It also has a maximum NPU (Neural Processing Unit) of 50 TOPS (up to 50 trillion operations per second), supporting various AI-based tasks such as image editing, text conversion, and AI search efficiently.
The Galaxy Book6 Ultra, equipped with the latest NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 5070/5060 graphics card, supports high-speed AI image generation, smooth and vivid video playback and editing, and immersive game operation, providing a more enhanced visual experience.
The display and sound system are also designed to support strong performance.
The Dynamic AMOLED 2X touch display, which supports a maximum brightness of 1,000 nits HDR, provides intuitive usability such as zoom in, zoom out, and document scrolling, and a stable viewing experience indoors and outdoors. It also applies Vision Booster and anti-reflection technology so that the screen can be seen clearly even in bright outdoor environments or strong lighting.
The Galaxy Book6 Ultra is equipped with six speakers consisting of an upward-facing tweeter and side and back-to-back woofers, delivering clear highs and deep lows for movies, games, and music enjoyment. It provides immersive and rich sound along with distinct delivery.

Stable Long-Time Use Experience with Efficient Heat Management and Battery Performance
The cooling system, which stably supports the high-performance hardware, has also been redesigned.
The Galaxy Book6 series provides a comfortable user environment by minimizing noise through efficient heat control. In particular, for the first time in a Pro model, the Galaxy Book6 Pro also applies a vapor chamber. This enhances heat dissipation performance and noise control across both Ultra and Pro models.
In addition, the Galaxy Book6 Ultra is equipped with a newly designed fan (Dual Path Outlet Fan) that disperses heat in two directions, rear and side. The expanded heat sink area effectively absorbs and releases heat generated from the processor and other internal components, preventing overheating and performance degradation.
Battery life has also been significantly upgraded.
The Galaxy Book6 Ultra and Pro (16-inch) have the longest battery life in the Galaxy Book series. They support up to 30 hours of video playback, an increase of about 5 hours compared to the previous generation.
It also features ultra-fast charging that can charge the battery up to 63% in just 30 minutes, making it convenient to use on the go.

Slim Design and Portability Completed with Sophisticated Design
The slim and sophisticated design completes the optimal balance between performance and portability of the Galaxy Book6 series.
With a wider vapor chamber, thinner fan, redesigned internal structure, and meticulously refined hinge design, the Galaxy Book6 Ultra is 1.1mm thinner than the previous generation at 15.4mm thick. The Galaxy Book6 Pro 16-inch is 0.6mm thinner than the previous generation at 11.9mm thick, providing even better portability.
The Galaxy Book6 series features a soft curved corner design on the exterior and a Samsung logo centered for visual stability. Internally, the touchpad, keyboard, and symmetrical speakers are meticulously arranged to create a clean and balanced design both inside and out.
All-Day Productivity and Device Connectivity with Galaxy AI
The Galaxy Book6 series also offers fast and intuitive AI features.
With the AI Select function, users can quickly check useful information by selecting text or images on the touch screen without entering separate search terms while browsing online, shopping, or watching videos. With AI Cutout, unwanted image backgrounds can be easily removed and high-quality images can be easily created for use in necessary materials.
In addition, with a simple explanation, Galaxy AI understands the user's intention and finds the desired file, image, or setting. Users can also quickly share files or easily control multiple devices by checking nearby devices at a glance and connecting them easily.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy Book6 series consists of three models: 'Galaxy Book6', 'Galaxy Book6 Pro', and 'Galaxy Book6 Ultra'.
The 'Galaxy Book6 Pro' and 'Galaxy Book6 Ultra' models are scheduled to be launched in Korea on the 27th of this month, with pre-order applications starting on the 6th through Samsung.com. The 'Galaxy Book6' is expected to be released in March.
Samsung Electronics plans to offer new product purchase benefits in conjunction with the 'Galaxy AI Academy' promotion running until the end of March.
