A while ago, a post related to vehicle traffic on the Jamsugyo submerged crossing was posted on Dosa.

Of course, I understand the context that if it's your first time and you didn't know, it could happen. (Everyone makes mistakes)
From a legal interpretation perspective, it's naturally not allowed.
So if you don't know, it can happen. But still, what's wrong is wrong. If we just end it by being careful from next time, that would be fortunate.
I'm writing this post because some Dosa members say there's absolutely no problem with traveling on the roadway.
First... when you enter Jamsugyo, before going up to the roadway, there are traffic lights and crosswalks.
Someone said that because there are no traffic lights and crosswalks, there's no reason to risk going against traffic and cross to the bike lane on the left. But there is!!
So, when you enter Jamsugyo, move to the right of the crosswalk, wait for the signal, cross it, and then use the bike lane.
I will replace the rest with the response from the Seoul Yongsan Police Station Traffic Division.
