Since the launch of Gemini 3 Pro in November, user feedback and rapid technological advancements have fueled our swift progress. Ahead of the official release coming soon, we are releasing 3.1 Pro as a preview version today to validate this update and push forward another step in areas like challenging agentic workflows.
Starting today, Google AI Pro and Ultra plan users will have access to Gemini 3.1 Pro with higher usage limits within the Gemini app. Additionally, Pro and Ultra users can now use 3.1 Pro in NotebookLM.
Developers and enterprise customers can also immediately access the preview version of 3.1 Pro through the Gemini API in AI Studio, Antigravity, Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise, Gemini CLI, and Android Studio.
