According to ADATA Chairman Chen Libai, as of the 5th of this month, inventory levels at the three major DRAM manufacturers — Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and Micron —
are "approaching the warning line," sitting at only about 3 to 5 weeks' worth.
The current memory "super cycle," driven by AI data center construction and enterprise-level storage demand,
has caused a severe supply shortage, pushing up quotes for both NAND flash memory and DRAM simultaneously,
and it's reported that shipping prices from the three major OEMs will rise by another 40% in Q2 2026
