Adobe has agreed to a $150 million settlement with US regulators over allegations that it made subscription cancellation difficult
and hid costly early-termination fees.
The settlement reportedly includes a $75 million civil penalty and $75 million worth of free service
along with provisions to simplify cancellation and improve fee disclosure.
