According to Chosun Biz, a Toss representative reportedly offered an incomprehensible excuse(?) stating that "'Han River Water' service was provided through 'App in Toss,' which allows external developers to launch their services within the Toss app. The purpose was to provide information needed for water leisure activities, and therefore, we did not anticipate the current issues during the review process."
