MS plans to delete the legacy control panel in Windows 11.
The Control Panel will be completely switched to the Settings app.
Mark Rogers, Director of Design Partnerships at Microsoft, said in a post on X,
"We are gradually working to migrate all controls from the legacy Control Panel to the latest Settings app.
Since we need to consider various network and printer devices and drivers, we are working carefully to ensure no issues arise
during the migration process."
